Sign up! Four easy steps get you set up for eStatements.
1. If you are not enrolled for online banking, click the “Sign Up” button above, and then click “Consumer Enrollment.” Provide the required information, and within 24 hours, you will receive a User ID and Password.
2. Once you’re logged in to online banking, go to “User Services”, (the 6th tab at the top of the page). Under “Manage Account” select eStatements only.
3. Click on Electronic Only Statement Delivery. A required agreement must be accepted.
4. Enter the answer to your security question and click submit.
5. Select account and click on submit for this account.
That’s all there is to it!
The next time your selected accounts generate a statement, you will receive an email from Legacy Bank alerting you that your eStatement is ready to be viewed in Online Banking.
To view your eStatement in Online Banking, go to Accounts> eStatements. Follow the instructions on the top of this screen to retrieve your statement.
